Thomas Herbert Naylor (May 30, 1936 – December 12, 2012) was an American economist and professor. He was a Professor Emeritus of Economics at Duke University, the author of thirty books. He began his career at Duke University as an Assistant Professor of Economics in 1964, teaching economics, management science, and computer science, retiring in 1993. Naylor was president of a computer software firm with Fortune 500 clients worldwide. He also was an international management consultant advising major clients in over thirty countries. He turned to political analysis after trips to the Soviet Union in the 1980s which led him to publicly predicted future political changes there. His articles appeared in The New York Times, International Herald Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Christian Science Monitor, The Nation, and Business Week. He has appeared on CNN, Fox News, BBC and others. More

John Nugée is a senior advisor at the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF). From 2000 to 2013, he served as a senior managing director of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), head of SSgA’s Official Institutions Group and a member of its Senior Management Group. His responsibilities included advising its central bank, sovereign wealth fund and other official sector clients. Previously, he also was a member of the board of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), a member of ICMA’s Asset Managers and Investors Council Executive Committee (AMIC), and an adviser to the Macro-Economic and Financial Management Institute of Africa (MEFMI). Prior to joining SSgA in 2000, Mr. Nugée worked in official reserves management for central banks, including as the chief manager of reserves management at the Bank of England. He was also a director of the European Investment Bank and European Investment Fund. Mr. Nugée is a regular commentator on sovereign asset and central bank reserves management issues. He has published, including a major book on the Gulf as a new force in global finance, co-edited with Chatham House, and the textbook Foreign Exchange Reserves Management for Central Banks. Paola Subacchi is Professor of International Economics and Chair Advisory Board at the Global Policy Institute at the University of London and was Director of International Economics Research at the Royal Institute of International Affairs for over ten years. Ohno is the most decorated American Olympian at the Winter Olympics. He has been the face of short track in the United States since winning his medals at the 2002 Winter Olympics. He was the reigning champion from 2001–2009, winning the title a total of 12 times. He became the first American to win a World Cup overall title in 2001, which he won again in 2003 and 2005. He won his first overall World Championship title at the 2008 championships. Ohno's accolades and accomplishments include being the U.S. Speedskating's Athlete of the Year for 2003. Ohno served as a commentator for NBC's coverage of the 2014 and 2018 Winter Games. More
