This third edition updates USMA Library Bulletins Numbers 7 and 14 issued in 1969 and 1975 respectively This new edition of the bulletin is designed to facilitate access to a wider scope of sources in this discipline. This annotated military history bibliography has been prepared to aid researchers. In this third edition, several categories, including "order of battles", 'abstracts', 'lineages', 'statistics', and 'guide books' have been added to broaden the scope and usefulness of this bibliography. Items selected for inclusion are mostly in English, contain reliable information, and are available in many large libraries.
