Washington, DC: GAO, 1994. quarto, 26, wraps, map, appendices, figure, table, notes The GAO reviewed the Army's Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP). The report discusses problems the program was having in helping to improve the emergency preparedness capabilities of the communities near chemical weapon storage sites. As a result, communities lack guidance to help them prepare." Condition: very good.
