Pages separated, presumably cut to fit into a 3-ring binder, text essentially intact, but some text cropped. The 552nd AEW&C Wing was activated as a permanent organization in 1955 and was deactivated in early 1975. The 522nd AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning and Control) Wing was a significant unit during the height of the cold war. This type of military unit informational periodical is very ephemeral, is frequently destroyed shortly after issuance, and seldom gets into the military and collectible marketplace in any condition. Condition: fair.
