Subtitled: Sixty-eight years a Director of Butler University, Forty-nine years President of the Board and Seventy years with the Indianapolis News, Vice-President of the Indianapolis Newspapers, Inc. These memoirs contain two chapters on Benjamin Harrison, who was a personal friend and fraternity brother of the author's. There is also a chapter (with a two-page panoramic photograph of the participants) of the Fairbanks luncheon given by Vice President CharlesFairbanks to President Theodore Roosevelt; a controversy arose in the Methodist Church because cocktails were served at theis luncheon, although not by the Vice President's order. Condition: fair to good.
