1974 Calendar [Scarce JFK Tribute Item]
n.p. Brown & Bigelow, 1973. 7.5" x 6.5", 24, wraps, spiralbound, color illus., text somewhat darkened, pocket on each monthly page. The front cover of this 12-month wall calendar has a portrait of John F. Kennedy; the image is approximately 4" x 5" and is pasted in along the top edge. Wording on the front cover is "1973 Commemorative Showing 'Years of Lighting' Sponsored by Blake's at the X, Eastfield Mall, Enfield Square." Blake's at the X was a well-known clothing store owned by Walter Lachman in Springfield, MA. The two-page spread for each month contains a calendar page and an illustrated recipe page. Condition: fair to good.
