Haggerty; "How to Achieve a Balance Between Technological Progress and Control of Its Undesirable Side Effects" by Frederick Seitz; and "Machinery Needed to Harmonize Technological Developments and Social Policy" by John J. Corson. Joseph C. Palamountain, Jr., Daniel Lerner, James E. Webb, Louis H. Mayo, and Harvey Brooks provided commentary on the papers. Condition: fair to good.
