This is one of the scarcest William McKinley memorial items, of particular interest since he was assassinated in the city of Buffalo, NY. This assassination resulted in the elevation of Theodore Roosevelt, of New York, to the Presidency. This volume was published on March 4, 1902, the first birthday of President McKinley following his death. Condition: fair, ex-lib.
