This is an association copy; the bookplate inside the front board states "From the Library of Frederic Austin Ogg." Professor Ogg (1878-1951) was a political scientist and historian who specialized in American history and political development as well as in comparative government and the politics and governments of the Far East. Condition: fair to good.
