This appears to have been published by the family of Senator Jacob Javits, one of the major liberal Republican Senators (from New York State) during the third quarter of the last century. Senator Javits was one of the band of "Rockefeller Republicans" that offered a counter vision to that offered by the "Goldwater Republicans." This is one of the scarcest of the Javits memorabilia. Condition: Very good condition. No dust jacket.
