Document number at lower right corner: PC-286--RPC--1-21-55. This is an expremely scarce to rare item of Cold War era military recruitment. It was from the time when conscription was national policy and the Selective Service System oversaw the drafting of thousands of young men into the military for national service. This type of ephemera was frequently replaced and discarded and consequently relative few have survived. This is a wonder item for museum or serious collector display. Condition: Good. No dust jacket as issued. Signed by previous owner. Stamped with the name George R. Schnurr with the ink notation M/Sgt. at bottom center. SOme wear and soilng.
