The curriculum for the General Training Program and the curriculum materials were developed and prepared by the Air Command and Staff College, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The administration and the evaluation of the conduct of training of the General Training Program was the responsibility of the Continental Air Command, Mitchel Air Force Base, New York. The objective of this training was familization with some of the problems arising from the basing of USAF troops among overseas Allies; and to be aware of some of the implications of American famalies being stationed abroad.
