This guide was intended to introduce the Principal Staff at the newly established (from several existing organizations) Department of Energy to the Energy Library. It extolled the sophisticated capabilities and services provided. The reference staff had scientific-technical backgrounds. The Energy Library was a blend of conventional library systems along with extensively used modern computer technology. The Energy Library asserted that ti was structured and organized to provide user-oriented service on a continuing basis. Condition: Good.
