This Field Manual reflects the state of knowledge, state of practice, the state-of-the-art, and the doctrine at the time of the first Persian Gulf War. This manual describes the collection management process from joint task force (JTF) through battalion level across the scope of military operations. It outlines collection managment functions, the relationship with the decision making process and intelligence and electronic warfare (IEW) synchronization, and the tools used in developing and executing collection management strategics. It provides guidance for intelligence staff officers, warrant officers, noncommissioned officers (NCOs) and analysts at all skill levels and echelons. It was designed for use by the active Army and Reserve Components. This publication also implemented the International Standardization Agreement 2149 and QUadripartite Agreement 511. The proponent for this publication was the United States Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca. Condition: Very good. Cover has slight wear and soiling.
