Ink not on page 2. This document is identified as NAS 6/1/93. This material represents a work in progress on process screens for the operations to be conducted in the Reuse Workstation Bay. The title on page 20, the first page as reorganized, is Workstation Menu Structure. The menu screen is a navigation screen. The main menu is a navigation menu that allows the operator to enter screens which automate the process flow. It provides entries into approximately 34 sequential process screens which follow the Baseline process flow. The minimum number of entries into the process is three. These correspond to the three times that a pit would be brought into the Reuse Workstation Bay. The Main Menu also has a continuation screed which provides access to additional functions. It is assumed that screens are only brought up to follow the pit reuse process. Page 21 raises questions by the preparing organization for Pantex regarding production functions, minimum tracking requirements, and requesting better communication with Pantex as the detailed design was being completed. Among the process screens presented are: Tube Cut and Extension Operations, Tube Extension Tack Path, Move Pit from Cart to Station 3,Install Tube Extension, Move to Weld Box, Verify Tube Extension Tack Path, Tack Weld Tube Extension, Verify Tube Extension Weld Path, Move out of Weld Box, Disassemble and leak check Extension Weld Tube, Inner Shell Assembly. Map Inner Shell Tack Path, Tack Weld Inner Shells, Verify Inner Shell Weld Path, Weld Inner Shell Seam, Move out of Weld Box, Disassemble and Leak Check Inner Seam Weld, Exit Workstation for Ultrasound Check, Move Pit from Station to Cart, Move Part between Loading Table and Assembly Box.
