This unique and difficulty operational environment is taking increased importance, and the challenges on the C3I issues were tremendous. The symposium would concentrate on the threat faced by Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Long Range Reconnaissance Unites (LRRU) in support of Commander-In-Chief, along with other C3I Low Intensity Conflict (LIC) challenges.
