In the fall of 1944, he was captured in southern Belgium and taken to military prison, and from there, to Mauthausen. He was transported with three other soldiers--Max Lampel, Sam Frayman, and Lucien Gottleib. Leiberg was the only survivor of the four. He was liberated from Ebensee in 1945. This work appears to highlight the work of L'Office Francais de Protection des Refugies et Apatrides, and other humanitarian assistance organizations and activities. This appears to be largely a compendium of short descriptions of various assistance organizations, with their addresses. Condition: Good.
