Edward Bernard Glick received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida and spent the bulk of his career at Temple University where his last title was Professor Emeritus of Political Science. Early in his career he specialized in civil-military relations, the politics of national defense and Latin American affairs. Later he also addressed Middle East issues. He was fluent in Hebrew and Yiddish and visited Israel frequently. He was a Research Assistant to Israel's United Nations Delegation and was Director of the Commission on International Affairs at the American-Jewish Congress. More
